1. How do I purchase a Neko Planet product?
First, after you click on a product from either the homepage or one of the category pages, select which options you would like for the product. These options may include: size, color, type of shirt. If you would like more than one of a particular item, then change the Quantity from "1" to however many you want.
Next, click on the "Add to cart" button. This will take you to the cart page and add the product to it. If you would like to continue shopping for other products, simply click "Continue Shopping" (located below the items in the cart) or click on one of the category or product type links. If you wish to view the cart at any point after this, just click on the Neko Planet cart icon located in the upper right corner of every page.
Once you're ready to checkout, click on the "> checkout" button, located at the bottom of the shopping cart on the cart page. Follow the directions on the checkout page to complete your order or you can checkout with PayPal Express if you have a PayPal account by clicking on the "Check out with PayPal" button located at the bottom of the shopping cart.
2. Do I need to enter my phone number on the Neko Planet customer details page?
No, you don't! Enter a 0 instead of your number if you would prefer not to enter it.
3. Do I need to have a PayPal account?
No, you don't!
Once you click on the "> checkout" button, you will be prompted to enter your information and then you will be taken to PayPal for payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply click on the
If you do have a PayPal account or would like to create one, you can click on the "Check out with PayPal" button located at the bottom of the shopping cart on the cart page. This will take you to PayPal's Express Check Out.
4. How do I get something Custom-Made from Neko Planet?
If you want a Custom-Made jacket, costume, or an alteration to one of our products, just contact our Clothing and Costume Creation Department by Clicking Here. We will get back to you promptly and discuss options, timeframe, and pricing. Once terms are agreed upon, you'll be sent a payment request from Neko Planet. After payment is received, we'll purchase material for the product (as necessary) and work will begin on your custom product! When it is completed, your product will be promptly sent to you!
5. Where does Neko Planet ship to?
We ship to every state in the US.

6. How long does it take to receive my order?
For all of our standard products, we will process and ship your order within one to two days. You will receive an e-mail once your order has shipped. All products are shipped via USPS and should arrive within two to four days.
If we are out of stock of an item, we will e-mail you with an ETA as to when your product will ship.
For all Custom-Made orders, our Clothing and Costume Creation Department (C4 Department) will give you an ETA as details are worked out on your order.
7. Does Neko Planet accept returns?
Neko Planet will only accept returns if the product you receive is defective or if you receive a product that you did not order. Please Contact Us if you fall into either the above situations shortly after you receive your order.
8. How do I wash my Neko Planet clothing?
We recommend machine washing inside out on cold using the delicate setting. Wash with like colors. Hang dry preferred. Do not dry clean. Iron inside out on low heat.
